Putting Rubber to the Road
After years of bouncing ideas around I finally have something to show
I have always been someone who has a lot of ideas all the time, note books full of different things that have sparked and ticked over in my head over the years. The main problem has always been that they have always just been notes in a book rather than being actioned on which takes the real effort.
Over the last few months I have been working away nights and weekends on something that I have not only made a lot of progress on but actually am really close to publishing. This is not a sales pitch, you're not the market for it. I would like to introduce you to The Scroll Stopping Photo Guide.

Where it came from?
My wife has launched a business called Verity Makesand I have been taking photos for her listings, Instagram and Pinterest. I am really happy with how the images look and there is a really nice consistency when looking at them all together on the Etsy sellers page.
Talking to a friend of our who also owns a maker business and giving her some small tips to take better images and change the way she thought of how to take photos was the big catalyst for where this idea started to spark and the brainstorming began.
This is where it all began...
Where it's heading
I have been working on it on the nights and weekends between my daughter sleeping and taking the time where I can. The main guide is done and I have been working on the extra offerings that will be the bonus to the main guide.
I have also been working on the website and am really happy how it looks, the software developer in me couldn't help but build it myself.
What's the plan
I have things to finish off so we're not there yet, but the progress keeps rolling. I have a video to produce for it, a camera guide is coming for those who are considering upgrading or looking for a bit of guidance as to whats around.
You can also have a look at the website if you're keen, I would love to hear any feedback on the site and how it's coming along. I know if you're seeing this email you're not the target market for it but all the same.
See you next month,
Tom
